Mental Health and Your Relationship
Many people don’t think of how their relationship affects their mental health or how their mental health affects their relationship. But the two are intertwined and you must take care of one in order to be better able to take care of the other. So what do I mean by mental health? Well, mental health refers to a person's overall psychological well-being. It encompasses a range of emotional, psychological, and social factors that impact how an individual thinks, feels, and behaves. Good mental health allows a person to lead a fulfilling and productive life, while poor mental health can lead to a range of emotional and behavioral problems.
